OSADL

OSADL (Open Source Automation Development Labs) is an initiative by the open source community to have greater penetration of open source technologies in automation. The impetus for this consortium has mostly come in the form of the new rt-preempt branch of the linux kernel, which claims to provide hard-real time performance which is an absolute necessity for IA and Robotics.
